Description

This is an early 19th-century pair of cottages located on the north side of Benn Lane in Longwood. The cottages are constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof and coped gables. They are two storeys high. Number 16 has two eight-light stone mullioned windows on the first floor, although three mullions have been removed from one window. The ground floor also features two four-light stone mullioned windows.
