Description
Nos 14 and 15 Booth Bank are mid to late 18th century buildings that were originally three separate dwellings, forming part of a row. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and rubble, with quoins and a pitched stone slate roof. A chimney with tabling and half round coping is located on the west side. The buildings are two storeys high.
On the southeast elevation, the ground floor features one 2-light stone mullioned window, one 4-light stone mullioned window, and a recessed 4-light stone mullioned window with two mullions removed. There are three entrances on this level. The first floor includes one 4-light stone mullioned window, two recessed 2-light stone mullioned windows with removed mullions, and one recessed 9-light stone mullioned window with two sashes. The southwest end of the building has a later two-storey extension.
