Description

The Marsh Liberal Club is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a hipped stone slate roof and two storeys. It features a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course, along with rusticated angle pilasters. On the first floor, there are three sash windows set in shouldered moulded surrounds. The central bay projects slightly and is topped with a pediment-shaped blocking course that includes a sculpted wreath. The ground floor has two canted bays supported by Tuscan piers, an entablature, and a blocking course. The entrance door has four moulded panels and an oblong fanlight, situated within a Tuscan porch that also has an entablature and a pediment-shaped blocking course.
