Description

This is a mid-19th century building, comprising numbers 42 to 46 Longwood. It is constructed of ashlar and has a hipped roof covered with stone slate. The building is two storeys high, with a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course along the top of the facade. The upper floor has seven plain sash windows. The ground floor has two bipartite sashes, flanked by two tripartite sashes. There are two doors, each with an oblong fanlight, Tuscan pilasters, and a fall entablature. The fanlight on number 44 has glazing bars.
