Description
Parkton Grove is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar, featuring two storeys. It has a band, a moulded eaves cornice, and a blocking course. The façade includes three ranges of sash windows set in plain raised surrounds. There is a porch adorned with Tuscan angle pilasters, a full entablature, and a blocking course, which contains round-arched windows with round-arched glazing bars. The entrance door has a semi-circular fanlight, two diamond-facetted panels, and two round-arched lights. On the north side, there is an elaborate conservatory with detailed carpentry. Additionally, there is a two-storey extension to the north that ends in a shallow canted bay with sash windows.
