77 East Street is an early 19th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features stone brackets supporting the gutter. On the first floor, there is one casement window and one three-light stone mullioned window. The ground floor includes a mid or late 19th-century tripartite casement window.
