13 Burn Road is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century, constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof. It has two storeys, featuring a three-light and a two-light stone mullioned sash window on the first floor, and a four-light stone mullioned sash window on the ground floor.
