Description
Priestroyd is a pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century. They are built of ashlar, with a hipped roof covered in stone slate. The houses have two storeys and a moulded eaves cornice and a band. There are six ranges of sash windows. No. 39 has a late 19th-century canted bay window on the ground floor. The front doors are flanked by Tuscan pilasters supporting a cornice, and each has an oblong fanlight above.
