Description
No. 5 Linfit Fold is an early to mid 19th-century back-to-back part of a terrace. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof with stone brackets supporting the gutter. The building is two to three storeys high.
On the south elevation, the ground floor has one entrance with a stone surround, a later doorway, and a two-light stone mullioned window. The first floor contains two four-light stone mullioned windows.
On the north elevation, which is part of No. 1089, the ground floor features a central doorway with a stone surround and fanlight, a two-light stone mullioned window, and a single light window with a stone surround. The first floor has one two-light stone mullioned window and two single light windows with stone surrounds. The second floor includes one two-light stone mullioned window and two single light windows with stone surrounds.
