Description
The archway to Albion Mills, built in 1867, is constructed from ashlar stone and features a hammer-dressed stone parapet. It has a semi-circular arch adorned with moulded voussoirs, imposts, and a cornice. The spandrels include sunk panels, and there is a prominent keystone. A plaque inscribed with "Albion Mills 1867" is situated above the arch, topped by a cornice and flanked by decorative scrolls. Additionally, spur stones and stone setts are present at the base.
