Description
Nos 13 and 15 Chapel Hill are mid-19th century buildings constructed from ashlar stone. They feature a hipped stone slate roof and stand two storeys tall. The buildings have a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course, with a continuous sill at the first floor. The corner of the buildings is curved, and there are three ranges of sash windows facing Chapel Hill, along with one window facing Milford Street. A door located at the corner is adorned with Tuscan pilasters and an entablature.
