Description

The cemetery gates and gate piers at Almondbury date from the mid-19th century. They are constructed from ashlar stone and feature rusticated gate piers with a moulded cornice. The piers are topped with pyramidal finials that have chamfered corners and ornamental details. Additionally, there are spur stones present. One cast-iron gate remains in place, adorned with spear finials and two foliate finials.
