Description

The wall along the south side of St Stephen's Churchyard dates from the mid-19th century. It is a dwarf wall made of hammer-dressed stone and features cast iron railings. The principal railings have clustered shafts, moulded capitals, and tall spear finials. The wall is complemented by simple ashlar gatepiers topped with conical caps.
