Description
The front block of No 29 Albert Street, built in the mid-19th century, is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and stands two storeys tall. It features a moulded eaves cornice and a parapet. The north end of the building slightly projects forward and includes three window ranges. The ground floor windows are round-arched, adorned with rock-faced voussoirs and a continuous impost band. The southern section has three segment-headed sash windows on the first floor and two additional segment-headed sash windows on the ground floor, along with a door that has a segment-headed fanlight. A string course runs along the building, and there is a round-arched carriage entrance with vermiculated panels on the jambs, moulded imposts, moulded voussoirs, a keystone, and alternate vermiculated voussoirs.
