Description

Netherton Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Manor Road in Farnley Tyas. Constructed of hammer-dressed stone with quoins, it features a stone slate roof with gable copings and cut kneelers. A single ashlar stack is present. The farmhouse is two storeys high. The front elevation has a near-central door with a deep lintel, flanked by a three-light window to the left and a two-light window to the right on the ground floor. The mullions of the windows are thickened at the top. An outshut extension is situated to the rear.
