Description

Nos 46 and 48 on West Street are 18th-century buildings with mid or late 19th-century alterations to the front windows. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a pitched stone slate roof with coped gables supported by cut kneelers. The buildings are two storeys high and have stone brackets under the gutters. The front displays two ranges of bipartite stone mullioned sash windows, and the entrance door has four moulded panels. At the rear, there is a barn extension that includes segment-headed barn doors.
