The Black Bull Public House is a building dating from the 18th century or early 19th century, located on the north side of West Street in Lindley. It features a rendered exterior and a pitched slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and has two ranges of three-light stone mullioned windows, along with one range of four-light stone mullioned windows, although all the ground floor mullions have been removed.
