Description

Nos 20, 22, and 24 on Grasscroft Road form a terrace of three houses built in the early to mid 19th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and topped with a stone slate roof. The gable ends feature copings on moulded kneelers on the west side. Each house is two storeys high.

On the north elevation, there is an entrance for each dwelling accompanied by a 2-light stone mullioned window on the first floor. The south elevation shows that each house has a 3-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor, along with a 2-light and a 3-light stone mullioned window on the first floor.
