Description
Middle Hall Farmhouse is a three-gabled farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with an addition from the mid to late 18th century. The building features rendered walls and a stone slate roof with gable copings and stone spouts. It stands two storeys tall, with each gable showcasing a 4-light double chamfered window on the first floor, although two of the mullions have been removed. There is a complete similar window on the ground floor to the left, while other ground floor windows and the doorway have been altered. A projecting chimney breast is located on the left gable, and there is an outshut at the rear. The right side includes part of a later wing with square cut recessed windows. The interior is said to have exposed timber framing and good chamfered beams.
