Description

Nos 28 and 29 Upper Gate are a pair of terraced houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a stone slate roof supported by stone brackets. Each house has an entrance and a three-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a five-light window for each house, although one of the windows has two lights blocked and another has one light blocked.
