Description

Lee House is a substantial stone house dating to the late 18th century. It is a two-storey building with five sash windows, featuring a pediment over the central three. The building has an eaves cornice and a hipped stone roof. A segmental pediment, supported by brackets, is above the entrance door.

To the west of the main house is an earlier wing, of two lower storeys. This wing features a five-light mullioned window on the upper floor, and a modern garage door below. The east return of the building has three windows and now includes an iron staircase.

The rear of the house is plain, with an arched stair window and large mullioned windows on either side.
