Description

Lower Rawtenstall Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of well-coursed hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof, with quoins at the corners. The building has two storeys. To the left, there is a doorway next to a 5-light flat-faced mullioned window, which is mirrored by a similar window above on the first floor, along with an additional 4-light window. The house also has gable stacks.
