Description

Ewood Hall is an early 19th-century house that has been converted into flats for multiple occupation. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and an east front with three bays. The outer bays project forward and each has a 12-paned sash window on both floors. The main entrance is located between these outer bays and is accentuated by an open porch supported by pilasters and topped with a balustrade. The return walls also have two bays with similar windows. The building has an eaves cornice and a hipped roof with a central stack at the ridge. Ewood Hall is situated at the head of Centre Vale Park.
