Description

Lock 16, also known as Lobb Mill Lock, is a late 18th-century structure located on the Rochdale Canal in Todmorden. The lock features massive stone cappings and quoins at the entrance, as well as rebates for the gates. The retaining walls are constructed of brick in English bond, with blue brick headers.
