Description

This is a mid- to late 17th-century house on Little Horton Green. It is a good example of a coursed gritstone building with a double-gabled front. The house was formerly divided into two properties but is now a detached residence. It has a stone slate roof with saddlestones to the gables, a valley finial, a stone gutter spout, and finials surmounting the kneelers. The ground floor features large, chamfered mullion and transomed windows with drip moulds. A large external chimney stack with offsets is on the right-hand side, and the base of a similar chimney stack is on the right-hand side. A chamfered doorway has a four-centred arch lintel. The interior has been modernised.
