Description
Number 31 on Manor Row is a town house dating from around 1820, notable for its unusual survival in Bradford. The building is two storeys high and constructed of dressed sandstone that resembles brick. It features a hipped slate roof with flat eaves supported by very shallow brackets. The front facade is symmetrical with three bays that rise continuously from a shallow plinth. The windows are shallow revealed sashes without glazing bars. The entrance includes a five-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight, which is framed by slender, engaged Ionic columns with dosserets above leading to a cornice hood.
