Description

Nos 24, 26, and 28 North Parade were built between 1907 and 1910, designed by architect J. Ledingham. This three-storey building with an attic features sandstone ashlar pilaster framed elevations and serves as commercial chambers with shops. The design incorporates Jacobean and Renaissance details, including cornices and string courses. Each front has three closely set windows, and there is a pierced parapet that links the dormers. The shop fronts have been modernized. This building is included for its group value.
