Description

Goit Stock Cottages is a row of six cottages that have been converted into a single dwelling. They were built in the late 18th century or early 19th century and feature hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and originally consisted of six single cells, most of which have had their doorways altered to accommodate two-light windows. Each floor has six bays of four-light flat-faced mullioned windows, which include re-used mullions. There are added bays at both ends that match the original design, and the building has six ridge stacks.
