Description

Nos 31 and 33 on Highgate Road are late 18th century buildings, likely constructed as a pair of cottages. They are made of sandstone "brick" with a roughcast first floor and have a stone slate roof that features prominent kneelers. The ground floor includes single and two-light square mullioned windows set in squared surrounds, along with two blocked small round-headed lights, where the arches are cut out of a solid lintel. The doorways have squared jambs.
