Description

Ivy Place is a mid-18th century house, likely built as a single dwelling and subsequently divided into two properties. The building is constructed of sandstone that resembles brick, with flush quoins. It has a stone slate roof and corniced chimneys. The windows are two-light square mullion windows set within squared surrounds. A vertical bull's eye window is positioned above a small gabled stone porch at No. 2. The doorway to No. 1 is a plain squared jamb design.
