Nos 2 to 8 Billinglsey Terrace is an early 19th-century row of two-storey cottages constructed from large sandstone bricks. The cottages at numbers 2 and 4 are rendered, while all have stone slate roofs. Each cottage features two-light square mullion windows. Number 2 has a stone slab garden fence, and all have squared jamb doorways. This row is included in the listing for its group value.
