Description

Cresswell Farmhouse and integral barn date from around 1800. The building is a two-storey farmhouse constructed of sandstone "brick" with a barn incorporated into a traditional long-house plan. It has a stone slate roof with saddlestones. The front of the farmhouse features three two-light, framed square mullioned windows, and a squared jamb doorway. An segmental archway leads to the barn, flanked by lunette openings.
