Description
Cockin Lane Farmhouse is a two-storey farmhouse built in the latter part of the 18th century. It is constructed from sandstone "brick" and features a stone slate roof with stone chimneys. The building has flush quoins and prominent kneelers. There are three windows: two are four-light windows and one is a three-light window, all framed and with square mullions. Above the plain doorway, there is a small round-headed light.
