Description

23 Haworth Road is a house that features a mid to late 18th-century refronting of a 17th-century structure. It is built from coursed, watershot millstone grit and has a stone slate roof. The house has two storeys and two bays, with quoins at the corners. It has flat-faced mullion windows set in flush stone surrounds. The central door, which is part-glazed and from the 20th century, is also in a flush stone surround with interrupted jambs and a gabled hood above. On the left side, there is a four-light window, and on the right side, a six-light window, both of which appear on both floors. The house has end stacks and a rear outshut that features quoins on the left, a chamfered doorway, and two two-light and one three-light double-chamfered mullion windows.
