Description

No 54 on Main Street in Haworth is a mid-19th century cottage with a shop. It is built from coursed millstone grit with ashlar dressings and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two first-floor windows. It has a plinth and three pilasters with bases and capitals that support an entablature frame. On the left side, there is a 20th-century glazed door with an overlight, and on the right, a 20th-century three-light shop window. Above the shop window, there are two single-light windows set in plain stone surrounds with projecting cills. The eaves are tabled and dentilled, and there is an end stack on the right side.
