Description

This is a 17th and 18th century building, likely originally part of Kipping House. It is constructed of gritstone and sandstone "brick" with a stone slate roof and corniced chimneys. A small projecting pentice, with a moulded and chamfered doorway, fronts the road. A two-storey section at a right angle features a two-light chamfered mullion window adjacent to a passageway. The rear south elevation is roughcast and gabled, with kneelers, and contains two-light chamfered mullion windows that were originally four-light.
