Description
The Warden's House at the Bradford Tradesmen's Homes, located at the east entrance to the close, was built in 1887 as a detached structure. It is two storeys high, constructed of sandstone brick with ashlar dressings. The building features an attic storey in a gabled break, mullioned windows, and a canted bay on the ground floor. It is included for its group value.
