Description
Paradise Farmhouse is a late 18th century or early 19th century building that originally served as a pair of cottages with an attached barn, which was rebuilt in 1857. The farmhouse is two storeys high, constructed from sandstone with a stone slate roof. It features a plat band and dentil eaves. The front of the house has three windows, including single and two-light framed square mullioned windows, as well as a four-light window on the ground floor. The barn, which retains flush quoins, has segmental arched openings and a large segmental voussoired keyed archway from its 1857 rebuild. The rear north front of the house includes a three-light square mullioned window and two doorways with steps leading up.
