Description
St Stephen's Vicarage is a house, now serving as a vicarage, built around 1840, with some alterations made in the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick with ashlar dressings and features a hipped and gabled slate roof, which has a single gable and a single side wall stack. The building has a plinth, a first-floor band, and moulded wooden eaves. It is two storeys high and has a three-window range. The windows are 20th-century plain casements with brick flat arches, and the flanking windows are set in slightly projecting square bays. The entrance features a pilastered doorcase with a large flat hood supported by scroll brackets, and a 19th-century half-glazed door with an overlight. On either side of the entrance, there are larger 20th-century casements. The interior has not been inspected.
