Description
The Jubilee Obelisk, located at the south-west end of Endcliffe Park in Sheffield, is a monument commemorating Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee from 1887. It is constructed from polished pink granite and features an inscribed corniced base, which is supported by a stepped ashlar pedestal. Surrounding the obelisk are circular steps that originally included four cast-iron lamp standards on pedestals, although the lamps have since been removed.
