Description
Olive House is a house from the early to mid-19th century. It has a rendered exterior and a coated slate roof. The building stands two storeys high with an attic and features three windows on the first floor. It has a plinth and projecting quoins. The central doorway is set within a glazed porch and is flanked by canted bay windows. There is a sill-band on the first floor. The central window is a two-light design, while the flanking windows are three-light, all featuring Gothic glazing. Above the central window is a bracketed ledge, and there is a similar full dormer window above. The gables and dormer have moulded kneelers and copings, with a ball finial on the dormer. The house has rendered end stacks, with the left stack being truncated. It is included partly for group value considerations.
