Description
Brightside Nursery, built in 1880, features a railing, wall, and gates that enclose the school. Designed by E.R. Robson for the Sheffield School Board, the structure includes a coursed squared stone wall with half-round ashlar coping. The north-west and north-east sides are topped with a spiked wrought-iron railing. At the north angle, there is a pair of wrought-iron gates, and on the north-east side, a smaller gate with steps.
