Description
The outbuildings located to the south-west of Hepworth's Yard are a combination farm building dating from the late 18th century. They are constructed of red brick in English garden wall bond and feature a pantile roof. The structure includes a two-storey single-cell stable with a dovecote loft on the left side of a lower two-storey, four-bay range.
The stable has a door on the right with a casement window and a boarded door on the first floor, all of which are topped with segmental arches. It also features dentilled eaves, shaped kneelers, and ashlar gable copings.
On the right side of the range, there is a near-central segmentally-arched opening with a later window to the right. Additionally, there are two square-headed boarded hatches on the first floor, an eaves band, and shaped kneelers with ashlar copings on the right. The gable on the left return of the stable has a bricked lunette with a stone ledge.
