Description

Plum Tree Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with later additions and alterations, including a 19th-century range at the rear. The cottage is constructed of pinkish-brown brick and features a pantile roof. It has two storeys and two first-floor windows. The entrance is located at one end and consists of a 20th-century door. Throughout the building, there are 12-pane Yorkshire sash windows. The ground floor openings are set under elliptical arches, and there is a cogged eaves band along the roofline. A ridge stack is present on the roof.
