Description

North End Cottage is a late 18th-century to early 19th-century house with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of pinkish-brown brick with ashlar dressings and a pantile roof. The house has two storeys and originally comprised three bays, with the central bay projecting slightly, and a range to the rear. The central entrance features a 6-panel door with an overlight containing vertical glazing bars, set beneath a cambered head. The windows are 12-pane pivot windows in the 20th century, with ashlar sills and cambered heads. The building has ashlar kneelers and coping, along with end stacks.
