Description

Pear Tree Farmhouse is an early 19th-century house with 20th-century renovations. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with a French tile roof and brick stacks. It has a central entrance and is two storeys high, with three bays. The front features a 20th-century glazed door set below a blocked fanlight, and four-pane sash windows, all set within flat stone arches. There are end stacks.
