Description
35 and 37 North Street is likely a pair of houses that have been combined with No. 39 to serve as offices. They probably date from the late 18th century to the early 19th century and were remodeled in 1991. The exterior features colour-washed plaster, a pantile roof, and a brick stack. The building has a two-storey front with irregular window arrangements. There is a 20th-century six-panel door for No. 37 on the right end, while the entrance for No. 35 has been blocked up. On the left end, there is a boarded door leading to a rear access passage. The ground floor windows are modern two-light horizontal sliding sashes with small-pane glazing. On the first floor, a tall fixed window has replaced a former lifting door at the right end. To the left, there are two 12-pane sash windows, and an inserted horizontal sliding sash is located at the left end. The interior has not been inspected.
