Description
The coach house and stables, located approximately 15 metres east of Bell Hall, date from the early 18th century, with later additions and alterations. The building is constructed of pinkish-orange brick, cement rendered, and features a Welsh slate roof. It is a single-storey structure with seven bays. There are three plank stable doors with overlights, one of which has visible remains of a flat arch made of rubbed brick above it. The other openings include unequally-hung six-pane sash windows and one false 19th-century painted ogee-headed window. The eaves have a stepped and dentilled band. Inside, there are wooden stalls from the 18th or 19th century in the central bays.
