Description

No 3 Church Lane is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof. The building has a two-cell end-lobby-entry plan and stands two storeys high with two bays. On the ground floor, there is a four-panel door on the right side, and to the left, there are four-pane sash windows set beneath cambered brick arches. The first floor also has four-pane sash windows, which are supported by timber lintels. The house has a dentilled eaves course and raised gable ends, with end stacks and tumbling-in to the gable ends. Inside, there is an original brick-built inglenook fireplace.
