Description

This is a house, now a shop, dating to around 1840. It incorporates a fragment of an 18th-century structure and has undergone later 19th-century and 20th-century alterations. The front is constructed of orange-grey brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with timber guttering supported by paired modillions. The left return wall reveals lower courses of red brick in a random bond. The roof is tiled with pantiles and has brick stacks. The building has a two-window front with the upper floors curved on the corner. The first and second floor windows are single-pane sash windows with stone sills and flat arches. The interior has not been inspected. The building is of group value.
